Message	I honestly don't know if he is a scammer or just really retarded. He uses his brother's paypal account, which i heard was recently closed. He sent me pictures of the t-tops i wanted from him, after a while b/c he claimed he didn't know how to e-mail it. Then he finally provided a tracking number to me after i asked on the phone. And then the package did not arrive b/c it was damaged. From the most recent post of his packing for an oil pan, it is obvious why the package broke in the mail. He didn't file a fedex claim for weeks, I ended up talking to his 'brother' on paypal and finally got my money back after he filed the claim.
